In September, 2022, a group of blind and sighted thought leaders imagined a world where blind people aren't questioned on their capabilities due to society's misunderstandings.

With over 7.7 million visually impaired people in the United States and a 75% unemployment rate, it's our time to move the needle forward and make sure blind talent shines across the business landscape.

The TAD Foundation is named after the founder's father, Tad Webster, who passed away in 2017. As a parent of a blind child, everyday, Tad believed in the capacity of his daughter and the rest of the blind community. He felt that blindness need not ever be an obstacle to success; and ensured that mindset was instilled in his daughter as early as she could talk.

Tad told his children that: "Today, you can do anything". Now, the TAD Foundation leadership team and advisors believe that today, we all can do anything and achieve our dreams.
