Dustin Cather has been with the TAD Foundation since its inception, where he served as a member of the Board of Directors in the role of Secretary. His commitment to TAD’s mission has led him to a full-circle moment, as he now serves as the Director of Operations & Programming. Dustin has over eight years of experience working with blind and low-vision youth, creating innovative programs designed to inspire and empower students to reach their full potential. He has held numerous leadership roles both within and outside the blind community, including with the National Association of Blind Students (NABS), the National Federation of the Blind of Illinois, and the Young Democrats of Chicago. Dustin holds a Bachelor of Science in Political Science from Oregon State University and a Master in Public Policy Studies from the University of Chicago Harris School of Public Policy.
