His career spans from bank management, restaurant leadership, nonprofit development, and sales, each role strengthening his commitment to building high-performing teams and leading with integrity. Kenny earned his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Florida Atlantic University in Boca Raton, where he also minored in Law, Accounting, and Leadership—an educational foundation that complements his passion for innovation, structure, and service.

At the TAD Foundation, Kenny leads with both heart and strategy, overseeing fundraising, partnerships, and organizational operations to expand opportunities for blind and low-vision students nationwide. Guided by a deep conviction that some things in this world simply must change, Kenny has made it his mission to ensure that TAD becomes one of those changes. Kenny's goal is to set new standards for excellence in access, empowerment, and inclusion for blind and low vision students. Under his leadership, TAD aims not only to create opportunity but to build a legacy of impact that will be revered for generations to come.
