Paul Conley is the Managing Director of the TAD Foundation and resides in Richmond

Virginia. Prior to taking on the role as Managing Director Paul served 8 years as an

Executive within the YMCA, the latest role being District Executive Director for the

Tampa Metropolitan YMCA. Paul has an extensive background in business

development, fundraising, and operations. In 2022, Paul founded The Conley Group

where he does extensive leadership development and coaching with Executives and

Leadership teams. Paul is a graduate of Bowling Green State University in Ohio and

has spent his career helping people achieve their potential and looks to continue this

work and take the TAD Foundation to the next level.

Paul is married to his wife Jenna and together they have a son, Cooper, and a Golden Retriever, Champ.
