Syed Rizvi

Vice President

Syed Rizvi is a 2024 JD candidate at Harvard Law School, where he was recognized as a Paul & Daisy Soros Fellow. Upon graduation, he will be joining Vinson & Elkins LLP, the worldā€™s leading energy law firm. Syed grew up in Massachusetts, later earning his BA from UT Austin as the Deanā€™s Distinguished Graduate. As an advisor for Diversity Lab, Syed participated in the development of the first ever nationwide Law Firm Disability Inclusion Commitments, which have been adopted by the countryā€™s largest firms and in-house legal departments. He currently serves as the Law Firm Relations Chair for the Harvard Disabled Law Students Association, a leader in the National Federation of the Blind, and an advisor to the Law School Admissions Council. Syed has a decade of experience working with TADā€™s founder, Kathryn Webster, on various blindness initiatives. He served as her Vice President in the National Association of Blind Students, the largest organization promoting independence and confidence for blind students.
